Doris Rivera
Doris Rivera was raised in Puerto Rico with 10 siblings. She moved to Pasadena, CA. in 1982. As a child, Doris had aspirations of being a Nutritionist. Never in a million years did she think she'd stumble into the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
Doris Rivera was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard.
As the years went by, Doris worked her way from a Nutritionist job to the Mortgage Industry, 40 years ago, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.
Doris got into the real estate industry 27 years ago. When she saw the necessity to educate her community on how to become a homeowner. She became an educator for the First Time Buyers. Up to today, she continues to give the best of her time to her clients, converting them as part of her success as a Realtor and Loan office.
As her career advanced, Doris found her stride working with Sellers that are going through a divorce. Her areas of expertise are also with clients who need to be relocated to different states or in the same city. Or with clients that need to downsides, or upscale their homes. Also with foreclosures or investment properties.
Career
Throughout her career, Doris has earned numerous accolades, including:
- Coordinator of The Dubai Of the Caribbean Project in Puerto Rico. At a Cost of $ 550 Million.
- Doris has extensive experience selling homes that other agents failed to sell.
- She received several awards with previous brokerages she worked for, she was called, "The Caribbean Storm" at First Federal Bank, due to her Mortgage production at the bank.
- Doris has extensive experience selling homes that other agents failed to sell.
She also lives in Los Angeles, CA., with her family. She also works as a coordinator with food donations at her Church, “Iglesia de Jesucristo Canaan”. Feeding the homeless and the needy family in her community, for the last 12 years. Doris Rivera aims to provide the highest level of service to her clients and takes deep pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
